2013/5/31· Considering the air hose released from the barbed fitting suggests that it was likely the hose was not securely attached using the worm clamp. Also, the worm clamp has perforations in the metal band which cut into the hose material reducing the ability of the worm clamp to adequately compress the hose onto the barbed fitting (See photo in attachment).
